The business operations of businessmen need to be harmonised with the provisions of the Law on Business Enterprises

Bearing in mind that the new Law on Business Enterprises, which entered into force on 11 July 2020, obliges certain businessmen operating in Montenegro to harmonise their organisations (Articles of Incorporation, company bodies and other acts).


Furthermore, it is necessary for them to register the changes by the deadlines shown in the table below:

For business entities that do not fulfil their obligation to harmonise their organisation and register changes with the CRBE in a timely manner, a court liquidation procedure will be launched and they will be deleted from the Registry after the procedure is completed.
